Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

549 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation. If fraud, multiple account operation, bonus abuse, or illegal activity is confirmed, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy, though any active bonuses will be forfeited. Requests can be submitted by emailing our support team.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All financial transactions on the 549 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
